We have just released iNA 0.4.3! This is mainly a bugfix release addressing several issues:
- a memory leak in SSA param scan (mainly affecting Windows),
- the ugly collapsing of model tree,
- and several minor bugs.
Binary packages for Windows and MacOS X as well as the source code can be downloaded directly from the “Download” section to your right. We now provide a separate package for MacOS 10.9+. As usual, there are also binaries for several Linux distributions. Feel free to drop us a message in the Q&A section. The complete list of fixes can be found in our changelog.
Our latest publication on iNA describes applications to gene regulatory networks and our latest benchmarks. You can access it for free:

The binary of our latest release (0.4.2) crashes repeatedly under MacOS 10.9. Presumably, this is related to a change of the standard C++ library in Apple’s transition from 10.8 to 10.9. With the upcoming release (coming soon!) we will provide two separate binaries for MacOS, one covering 10.6-10.8 and another covering 10.9+, which circumvent this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Welcome to iNA’s new headquarters, hosted at the University of Edinburgh. Our former host googlecode decided to shutdown their download section for some reason rendering their platform almost useless for our purposes. Our source code will be kept in googleCode’s git repository while our documentation has moved here.
You can download the latest packages of iNA from the right side bar, alternatively you can download them from our archive along with supplementary files like SBML models.
As an additional feature of our new site, we offer the possibility to ask questions about iNA and its application. Feel free to ask us anything about iNA. These questions will help us to further extend and improve iNA.
